Deal flow that arrives complete

For acquirers, PSPs and banking partners. We send you merchants in categories you have told us you board, with the awkward parts of the file already on the page.

What we are

An introducer, and nothing else. We do not process payments, hold merchant accounts, underwrite, or touch funds. We find merchants in hard categories, screen them properly, and put them in front of one provider at a time whose appetite actually fits.

The merchant-facing side of this site is built on saying the unwelcome thing early. This page works the same way: we are pre-launch, we are not going to quote you a processed-volume figure we do not have, and the thing worth judging us on is the quality of the file rather than the size of the pipe.

What arrives with a referral

The category, stated plainly
Which of our covered categories, what is actually sold, at what price points, and through which sales channels. Affiliate traffic and continuity billing are declared rather than discovered.
Processing history, including the bad parts
Every prior processor with dates, volumes and how each relationship ended. Terminations carry the stated reason. Chargeback count and ratio, refund rate and any reserve previously imposed.
MATCH status at both levels
Whether the business is listed and whether any principal is, each with a reason code where the merchant knows it. "Unsure" is recorded as unsure rather than guessed.
Ownership and control
Every beneficial owner at 25% or more, with nationality, country of residence and PEP status. Directors who control without owning. Prior terminations under other entities.
The commercial ask
Monthly volume, average and highest ticket, card mix, currencies, settlement preference, and the channel split between online, phone and card-present.
Document readiness
Which of the category checklist the merchant already holds, which they can produce within a week, and which they cannot. Fewer files stall on paperwork that was never going to arrive.

What we ask of you

Tell us your real appetite
Categories, jurisdictions, volume floor and ceiling, and what you will not touch. We would rather route around a category you have quietly stopped boarding than send you files you decline.
Tell us when it changes
Appetite moves. A provider that tells us it has filled its exposure this quarter gets sent nothing that month and keeps its decline rate clean.
Give a reason with a decline
Not a detailed underwriting rationale — a category, a ratio, a document. It is what lets us stop sending you the same profile, and it is what we feed back to the merchant.
Deal with the merchant directly
We introduce and then step out of the commercial relationship. We do not sit between you and your merchant, and we do not touch funds at any point.

Satora introduces merchants to payment providers and independent specialists who may be able to support their category. We do not process payments, hold merchant accounts, underwrite applications or make boarding decisions — the provider does. We may receive a commission from a provider if an introduction leads to a live merchant account.

Questions providers ask

Do you broadcast applications to several providers at once?

No. One provider at a time, chosen because the stated appetite matches the profile. Ping-post distribution is the lead-aggregator model and it conflicts with the consent our merchants actually give, which covers sharing their details to find a provider that fits, not to run an auction.

Will you name us publicly?

Not without asking, and the default is no. We name no partner on the public site — no logo wall, no ranked comparison, no case study naming you. That is a commitment we make to merchants about how we operate, and it protects you from being approached directly by files you have already declined.

What does it cost?

Nothing up front. We are paid a commission by the provider when an introduction becomes a live account, on terms agreed with you. The merchant pays us nothing at any stage, which is stated plainly on every page of the merchant-facing site.

How pre-screened is a referral, really?

A merchant reaches you having answered a five-question enquiry and then a full application covering ownership, processing history, chargeback ratios, website compliance and document readiness. A specialist reads it before it moves. We do not underwrite and we do not pretend to — but a file arrives complete, and the unpleasant facts are in it rather than discovered by you in week three.

What categories do you cover?

We currently cover 19 categories across health and supplements, trading and gaming, regulated retail and services. If you board something we do not list, tell us — the register is ours to extend, and a category with real appetite behind it is worth adding.

Are you regulated?

We are an introducer. We do not process payments, hold merchant accounts, underwrite applications, make boarding decisions or handle funds. Whether that activity requires registration in a given market — including the card schemes’ own third-party agent registration — is something we are working through with counsel, and we will not claim a status we do not hold.

Talk to us

Tell us what you board, where, and at what volume. If there is no overlap we will say so rather than send you files you will decline.
