Getting a useful answer quickly

There is no call centre here and no queue. A person reads what you send, which means the detail you include decides how useful the first reply is.

The fastest route

The pre-qualification form takes about two minutes and asks the five things needed to say anything specific: what you sell, your monthly volume, where you stand right now, how urgent it is, and where the business is established. Nothing identifies you until the final step.

A general enquiry without those details gets a reply asking for them, which costs you a day.

If you would rather write

hello@satorapay.com reaches the same person. To get a substantive first reply, include:

  • What you sell, specifically. "Supplements" and "peptides sold research-use-only" lead to very different conversations.
  • Approximate monthly card volume, and your average order value.
  • Where the company is registered, not where your customers are.
  • Whether you are processing now, were terminated, or have never taken cards.
  • Any MATCH listing you know about, including the reason code if you have it.

For anything about your data — a copy of what we hold, or deletion — privacy@satorapay.com is the address, and it is covered in the privacy policy.

What we cannot help with

Worth saying before you spend time writing, because these come up daily:

  • Funds a previous processor is holding. That is between you and them. We have no standing in it and cannot accelerate it.
  • Removing a MATCH listing. Only the acquirer that placed it can remove it. Our guide explains what is actually possible.
  • Overturning a decline. Underwriting decisions belong to the provider.
  • Consumer disputes. If you are a cardholder trying to dispute a charge, contact your bank. We have no relationship with any merchant's customers.
  • Legal, tax or regulated financial advice.

Response times

Pre-qualification submissions get a reply within one business day. Email is usually the same, occasionally the next. If something is genuinely urgent — you cannot take payments at all — say so in the first line and mark the urgency in the form, because it changes how the queue is worked.

Satora is an introducer, not a payment processor or a bank. We do not underwrite, approve or decline applications.
